The Custom Wedding Detail Stylish Brides Are Choosing

Want your wedding to feel more you? Start here.

In The Roundhouse

Whether it’s custom matchboxes, hand embroidered serviettes or your very own wedding wine label, the most stylish brides are doubling down on something commercial event planners have been doing for years: personalisation.

These thoughtful custom details not only make the day feel completely your own but also enhance the entire guest experience — transforming “just another wedding” into something completely unique and truly unforgettable.

And now there’s a whole new way to bring a custom touch to your event thanks to In The Roundhouse’s new personalised tableware.

That’s right, one of our forever go-tos, In the Roundhouse, has just introduced a new custom plate offering that brings a fun new level of detail to the table. Designed for weddings, celebrations and larger gatherings, the service allows hosts to personalise the brand’s signature plates with monograms, artwork or event-specific motifs.

The result is a cohesive tablescape that ties in seamlessly with invitations, menus and styling elements. Plus, some very special keepsakes to take home or gift to your guests. And honestly? The inspo pics already have us convinced.

You can choose to upload your own designs or choose from a curated selection. Either way, the In The Roundhouse team will oversee the process from concept through to final production.

How It Works

First, you’ll choose your desired plate shape and size, from their classic dinner plate to the vintage-inspired wave plate, and download the template.

Then, it’s time to set the design. If you already have an idea and artwork in mind — for example, if you’re keen to introduce a pattern or design motif already used elsewhere across your invitations or menus — you can simply send that over to the team. Alternatively, you can take a look at In The Roundhouse’s popular custom designs and tweak from there with your own details — think initials, surname, wedding destination, date, etc. Or, for more assistance, simply reach out to the team to talk more about your event and styling needs, and they’ll help you refine your custom design.

Once the design is confirmed, it’s time to confirm numbers and place the order. Pricing starts from $20 per unit for side plate orders of more than 150, and from $30 per unit for dinner plate orders of more than 150, with orders of 50-150 costing $5 more per unit. If you’re planning something much smaller, you can order as little as a 10-piece custom plate set for $400 – perfect for gifting or tight-knit events.

From there, In The Roundhouse will go ahead with production. For most orders, you’re looking at four to six months from order to final delivery, so keep that in mind when planning your event.
