Rosemont Hall Valentine’s Competition Terms & Conditions

Entries are open to residents of Australia.

You are not eligible to enter if you are an employee of the promoter (Sitchu) and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter the competition, as are their immediate families.

To enter, entrants must follow the promoters (Sitchu Adelaide) @sitchu.adelaide & (Rosemont Hall) @rosemont_hall and tag the person they would like to take to Phuket in the comments on the competition post here OR here and include a brief explanation as to why this person would be the perfect travel buddy. Multiple entries are permitted; however, each entry must be unique. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries.

The judges reserve the right to disqualify any entrant submitting an entry which, in the opinion of the judges, includes objectionable content, including but not limited to profanity, nudity, potentially insulting, scandalous, inflammatory or defamatory images or language. The judges’ decision will be final and no correspondence will be entered into. Entries will be judged based on creativity and originality.

All entries become and remain the property of the promoter (Sitchu) and agencies associated with this promotion.

Winners of the competition must be 18 years old and over and residents of Australia.

The promoter reserves the right to withdraw or amend the competition as necessary due to circumstances outside its control.

The prize is non-transferable and non-redeemable for cash. Any attempt to resell or auction all or any part of this prize will result in an immediate cancellation of the prize. In the event that, for any reason whatsoever, a winner does not take an element of the prize at the time stipulated by the promoter then that element of the prize will be forfeited by the winner and cash will not be awarded in lieu of that element of the prize.

The promoter reserves the right to substitute any component of the prize for an itinerary or prize of equal value at their discretion.

Prize winners will be required to agree to the terms of the prize offering, otherwise the prize will be forfeited.

Once the prize has been confirmed by Sitchu, the prize is deemed non-transferable.

PRIZE DETAILS

The Prize is subject to availability and is comprised of:

• One (1) x $2,000 AUD travel voucher to be used towards travel to Phuket, Thailand

• One (1) x dinner for two (2) people at Rosemont Hall (Adelaide) Excluding 14 February 2026 & must be redeemed within 12 monthThere will be only one (1) winner.

The travel voucher:

• Cannot be exchanged for cash

• Must be used in one (1) booking

• Any amount spent over and above the voucher value is payable by the winner

• No residual value or credit will be issued if the total booking cost is less than $2,000

The dinner prize:

• Up to the value of $200
• Any additional spend over $200 is the responsibility of the winner
• Must be redeemed within 12 months

• Is valid for one (1) time use only

• Is subject to venue availability.

• May be subject to blackout dates including public holidays, peak periods or special event

• Prize not redeemable for cash

The prize is to be redeemed by the winner at Rosemont Hall (106 Prospect Rd, Prospect SA 5082) either on the night of the dinner booking or prior to this if required.

TRAVEL CONDITIONS

The Prize does not include flights unless booked using the travel voucher, accommodation (unless booked using the voucher), travel insurance, passports, visas, vaccinations, spending money, meals (other than the specified dinner), transfers, or any other travel-related expenses not expressly stated.

The winner is solely responsible for:

• Ensuring they hold a valid passport with at least six (6) months validity from the date of travel

• Obtaining any required visas, permits, or travel authorisations

• Meeting all health, vaccination and entry requirements for Thailand

• Arranging and paying for comprehensive travel insurance

Sitchu and Rosemont Hall accept no responsibility for changes to travel requirements, government restrictions, airline cancellations, border closures, or force majeure events.

If the winner is unable to travel for any reason (including but not limited to illness, visa refusal, government restrictions or personal circumstances), the prize will be forfeited and no compensation or alternative prize will be provided.

All travel must be completed within twelve (12) months of the winner being notified, unless otherwise specified in writing by Sitchu.

The prize will be considered fully redeemed once a qualifying booking is made and confirmed as available. The prize will not be reinstated, refunded, or replaced if the booking is cancelled or changed.

Persons under 18 are not eligible to enter. If a winner is found to be under 18 at any point (either when entering or winning), they will be automatically disqualified.

The prize awarded may not be exactly as illustrated in displays or marketing for the Competition.

The promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including, but not limited to, indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained, in connection with the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.

Promotion commences at 4pm Wednesday 11 February. Entries close at 9am Friday 20 February.

By entering the competition, all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these rules.

The information you are asked to provide to Sitchu is personal information and is protected by the Privacy Act 1988. Independent financial advice should be sought as tax implications may arise as a result of accepting the prize.

Entries will be judged at Sitchu Head Office at 10am AEDT on Friday 20 February and the winner will be contacted via direct message on Instagram.

The winner will be notified in writing by direct message within one (1) working day of the conclusion of the competition. If Sitchu is unable to contact the winner within two (2) days of the draw, and Sitchu has made every reasonable effort to do so, the prize will be awarded to another valid entrant.
