Darvella Up Late
Bulimba’s favourite bakery is hosting it's first-ever Up Late event! For just two nights this month, you can try warm apple pie cinnamon buns topped with artisanal cinnamon ice cream, or a warm sticky date pudding bun topped with butterscotch ice cream.
Santa will be stopping by at 5pm each day, so you can let him know that all you want for Christmas are even more Darvella pastry treats.

Gingle Bar
Looking for some Christmas cheer? Head down to Riverbar & Kitchen to visit Gin-gle Bar, where you can enjoy tinsel, tunes and tipples of the festive variety this month in Brisbane.
Cool down with a Merry Meringue soft serve, served in a martini glass and infused with Bombay Sapphire. As for something to sip on, try a Gingerbread Fizz, Gin-gle Juice Jug or an Elfed-Up Sour from this limited-edition menu.

Festive High Tea at Living Room Bar
Get into the Christmas spirit early with a Festive High Tea at The W Hotel’s Living Room Bar. The highlight of this experience has to be the build-your-own gingerbread house that arrives on top of your high tea platter.
Enjoy savoury morsels like lamb, rosemary and redcurrant gravy pie before moving on to sweets such as a festive fig mousse with cinnamon sable.

Nautilus Beach Club: Los Cabos
If cocktails in the pool sound like your idea of a perfect summer’s day–you’re in luck. Nautilus Beach Club returns to The Westin this summer with a Los Cabos edition.
Your ticket grants you access to the hotel’s pool, swim-up bar, live DJs and an exclusive cabana service every weekend. On the menu, you’ll find Mexican eats like soft shell Baja cod tacos, seasoned corn ribs and guacamole.

World’s Largest Hotel Ice Bath
You might be familiar with Hotel X’s stunning rooftop pool area, which will be hosting a giant summer activation this year in support of their charity partner LIVIN - an organisation committed to breaking the stigma around mental health.
Hotel guests and Brisbane locals can take a frosty plunge from 6:30am to 8:30am to take a refreshing plunge, as the pool is transformed into a 15-metre-long bath of ice cubes.

See Brisbane City illuminated in a whole new way with the inaugural Sono Lumo event at the Queen’s Wharf precinct. For ten nights from Wednesday 4th December to Sunday 15th December, lights and music will sweep over The Star and Queen’s Wharf to blend Christmas traditions with technology.
With hourly shows at 7:30pm, 8:30pm and 9:30pm, the Carols Rewired set will showcase local Brisbane DJs as they put their own unique spin on classic carols. There’ll be food trucks and Sono Lumo bars dotted around the precinct so that you can grab a snack to sit down and enjoy while watching the show.
