The Best Markets in Brisbane for Fresh Produce

Rivermakers Markets

With a philosophy based on paddock-to-plate eats and sustainability, the Rivermakers Markets are one of Brissie’s best new produce markets to visit on the weekends.

Operating on the third Sunday of every month (recently reduced from monthly, due to a neighbourhood complaint), local Brissie market-goers have rallied to support Goodwill Projects' latest market setup, favouring supporting local growers and artisanal producers over shopping at big chains.

Rivermakers provides another opportunity to save on groceries and entertainment, whilst supporting local small businesses amidst the cost of living crisis. So fill up your fridge with fresh produce and tasty treats after a trip to this excellent new market, which will hopefully soon return to its weekly frequency.
