Spritz Recipes to Keep the Summer Vibes Bubbling

Light and refreshing, these are our favourite spritz recipes to mix at home.

What is a spritz? Put simply, the humble spritz is an aperitivo cocktail traditionally made with a bitter liqueur, prosecco and topped up with sparkling water.

These days, sweet liqueurs and staple spirits now feature, and are paired with all sorts of fruit flavours and botanical blends, from orange and watermelon, to rose and elderflower.

To complete your cocktail education, try out these spritz recipes and let us know which one your favourite is!
