Parmelia Hilton Perth Competition Terms & Conditions

Entries are open to residents of Australia.

You are not eligible to enter if you are an employee of the promoter (Sitchu) and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter the competition, as are their immediate families.

To enter, entrants must follow the promoters @sitchu.perth, @parmeliahiltonperth and @samuelsrestaurant on Instagram and tag who they would like to take on the competition post here. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries.

The judges reserve the right to disqualify any entrant submitting an entry which, in the opinion of the judges, includes objectionable content, including but not limited to profanity, nudity, potentially insulting, scandalous, inflammatory or defamatory images or language. The Promoter’s decision will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

All entries become and remain the property of the promoter (Sitchu) and agencies associated with this promotion.

Winners of the competition must be 18 years old and over and residents of Australia.

The promoter reserves the right to withdraw or amend the competition as necessary due to circumstances outside its control.

The prize is non-transferable and non-redeemable for cash. Any attempt to resell or auction all or any part of this prize will result in an immediate cancellation of the prize. In the event that, for any reason whatsoever, a winner does not take an element of the prize at the time stipulated by the promoter then that element of the prize will be forfeited by the winner and cash will not be awarded in lieu of that element of the prize.

The promoter reserves the right to substitute any component of the prize for a prize of equal value at their discretion.

Prize winners will be required to agree to the terms of the prize offering, otherwise the prize will be forfeited.

Once the prize has been confirmed by Sitchu, the prize is deemed non-transferable.

• Gift Certificate must be redeemed in full and is only valid once. It is not redeemable for cash in whole or part, cannot be extended, is non-transferable, is non-refundable and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. If lost, certificates cannot be replaced. All services and bookings are subject to availability. Black-out dates may apply. Booking must be made a minimum of 48 hours in advance.

1 x $250 voucher to be redeemed at Samuels On Mill

• Valid until 10/8/2026
• Voucher will cover dinner and drinks to the value of $250AUD. Gift Certificate must be redeemed in full and is only valid once. It is not redeemable for cash in whole or part, cannot be extended, is non-transferable, is non-refundable and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. If lost, certificates cannot be replaced.

Promotion commences at 10am AWST 05/02/2026. Entries close at 9am AWST 10/02/2026.

By entering the competition, all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Entries will be judged at 10am AWST on 10/02/2026. The winner will be notified via Instagram direct message within one (1) business day. If the winner cannot be contacted within two (2) days, the prize will be awarded to another valid entrant.
