"Breathe did a lot of work with the project’s landscape architect Acre in identifying the pre-colonial landscape in Daylesford – the vegetation community existing before colonisation and occupation," shares Jeremy McLeod, founding director of Breathe.
"The project seeks to restore this type of vegetation through a central habitat corridor for local bird life and fauna. This shared landscape will also provide an opportunity for future neighbours – older generations and kids – to meet, relax or play," he adds.
