Italian Cooking Class at Ross Hill Wines
Join chef Michael Manners at Ross Hill’s The Barrel & Larder for an intimate Italian cooking class. Limited to just 12 guests, begin with bubbles on arrival before diving into a three-hour class where you’ll enjoy a delicious Italian feast perfectly paired with Ross Hill’s wines. It doesn’t get much more wholesome than this food festival experience at Hillside Harvest Orchard. Begin with a stroll through rows of apple trees as you hand-pick the perfect fruit for your pie. Then, step into the kitchen for a hands-on workshop where you’ll create a pie using fresh, local ingredients.
