If you’ve spent even the bare minimum amount of time online, you’ve likely been exposed to the “three drink theory” — the trend where you require three drinks at any given moment, one to hydrate, one to caffeinate, and one to alleviate.
While some of us consider these three emotional support beverages as the height of luxury, they can also act as a little mood booster to get you through a busy day at the office, or an excuse to catch up with a friend on the weekend to try a specific viral drink you’ve seen making the rounds on socials.
In any case, this is a trend (or, perhaps, a lifestyle choice) that I can well and truly get behind.

Kin’s Iced Matcha Concoctions
Kin have been there since the start of the matcha craze, pioneering new flavours on the regular. They aren’t just novelty for novelty’s sake, however. Each of their new creations is made from the finest ingredients, including ceremonial-grade matcha, and the results are telling.

We’re long-term lovers of Darvella’s perfectly flaky croissants and wide range of sweet and savoury baked treats, but we’ve also noticed that they’ve been upping their ante when it comes to the drinks scene.

‘feind Cafe’s Mont Blanc
‘feind Cafe is Spring Hill’s hole in the wall that’s been going absolutely viral on Instagram lately, thanks to their signature Mont Blanc drink. Wondering what’s in it? Here’s the rundown: cold brew is poured over ice and mixed with brown sugar syrup, before being topped with cream cold foam, a sprinkle of orange zest and a dusting of nutmeg. The result? A creamy, refreshing and comforting coffee that will have you hooked in no time.
But that’s not all, regular limited-edition drinks grace the menu, which include coffee and Coke and a peach cloud cold brew.

Known for their decadent drinks, beautiful brekkie plates and gooey cookies, pretty little Peach Cafe is serving up some seriously drool-worthy drinks this season.
You’ve probably seen the Teddy Bear Picnic Hot Chocolate on the gram, a mug full of velvety frothed milk with a solid chocolate bear on the side to dunk in and create a creamy drink that warms you from the inside out.
