Sitchu 10th Birthday Giveaway – Competition Terms & Conditions

Competition Dates

Promotion commences 4:00pm AEST Thursday 25 June 2026. Entries close 11:59pm AEST Friday 10 July 2026.

Eligibility

Entries are open to residents of Australia (excluding Australian Capital Territory) aged 18 years and over.

The following persons are not eligible to enter:

• Employees of the Promoter (Sitchu) and agencies associated with this promotion.
• Immediate family members of the above.

Persons under 18 are not eligible to enter. If a winner is found to be under 18 at any point (either when entering or winning), they will be automatically disqualified.

How to Enter

To enter, entrants must sign up to the Sitchu mailing list using the form here. By signing up to the Sitchu mailing list as part of entry, entrants consent to receive commercial electronic messages from the Promoter (Sitchu). Entrants may unsubscribe at any time after the entry period closes without affecting the validity of their entry. Only one entry is permitted per person. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries.

Prize

There will be one (1) winner.

The prize is non-transferable and not redeemable for cash. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute any component of the prize for one of equal or greater value at their discretion.

July Checked Brown Suitcase: Prize will be shipped directly to the winner’s provided Australian address at no cost to the winner. The prize is non-transferable and non-redeemable for cash.

Our Place Cookware Set: Prize will be shipped directly to the winner’s provided Australian address at no cost to the winner. The prize included is the limited edition “Forget Me Not Blue” colour-way. The prize is non-transferable and non-redeemable for cash.

IMBIBE $500 Voucher: The voucher will be emailed to the winner’s provided email address. Voucher is valid for 12 months from 13 July 2026. The prize is non-transferable and non-redeemable for cash.

Love Isabelle $200 Voucher: The voucher will be emailed to the winner’s provided email address. Voucher is valid for 12 months from 13 July 2026. The prize is non-transferable and non-redeemable for cash.

Blunt Hibiscus Pink Metro Umbrella: Prize will be shipped directly to the winner’s provided Australian address at no cost to the winner. The prize is non-transferable and non-redeemable for cash.

The Pilates Class 12 Month Membership: The voucher will be emailed to the winner’s provided email address. Voucher is valid for 12 months from 13 July 2026. The prize is non-transferable and non-redeemable for cash.

ROAM: ROAM is currently available for pre-order and will be sent to the winner on 29 September 2026. Prize will be shipped directly to the winner’s provided Australian address at no cost to the winner. The prize is non-transferable and non-redeemable for cash.

The promoter (Sitchu & above brands) accepts no responsibility for prizes damaged in transit.

Winner Selection

The winner will be selected by random draw conducted at Sitchu Head Office at 10:00am AEST on Monday 13 July 2026. The draw will be conducted by a representative of the Promoter. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. In the event that a winner selected by random draw is a resident of the Australian Capital Territory, that entry will be deemed invalid and a new winner will be selected by random draw. This process will be repeated until a valid winner is identified.

Winner Notification

The winner will be notified in writing by email within one (1) working day of the competition end date. If Sitchu is unable to contact the winner within seven (7) business days of the draw, having made every reasonable effort to do so, the prize will be awarded to another valid entrant. The winner’s name will be published on sitchu.com.au for a minimum of 28 days following the draw date.

Liability

The Promoter (Sitchu) shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including, but not limited to, indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained in connection with the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. Sitchu and the partner brands do not hold any responsibility for lost or damaged goods.

The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw or amend the competition as necessary due to circumstances outside its control.

All entries become and remain the property of the Promoter (Sitchu) and agencies associated with this promotion.

Privacy

The information provided by entrants is personal information protected by the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). Sitchu will not disclose this information to other parties except in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 and as outlined in Sitchu’s Privacy Policy, available at: https://www.sitchu.com.au/privacy-policy/

Independent financial advice should be sought as tax implications may arise as a result of accepting the prize.

By entering the competition, all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
