An Osaka dream in the heart of Sydney, the takeover brings the legendary House of Suntory’s premium Japanese whiskies, gin, and vodka to life across an innovative, art-inspired cocktail menu beaming with fresh seasonal ingredients like yuzu, kaffir lime, lemongrass, mango and passionfruit. Think refreshing, layered and delicate creations that have you going back for another sip before your glass even makes it to the table.
There’s also a selection of Japanese bar bites to tuck into, like wagyu tataki, octopus takoyaki and pan-seared gyoza, allowing you to fully sink into the experience. Capped off by captivating live violin performances every Friday night and glimmering golden hour views over Darling Harbour and the city, it’s got all the makings of an elegant night out, whether it’s an after-work drink, date night or catch up.
