First Look: Inside Fisher’s Lush New $50m Palm Beach Development
We bet you didnât put becoming Fisherâs neighbour on your 2025 bingo card.

While you might know Fisher best as the architect of your favourite dance floor tracks or the pioneer of the Gold Coastâs Out 2 Lunch Festival, this energetic Palm Beach local and ex-pro surfer is adding something a little more luxurious to his portfolio this year.
Together with his wife Chloe, Paul Fisher leads a new property development company called YLB, whose mission encapsulates âcreating landmarks, one beauty at a timeâ. The evidence of this thus far can be found in Bali at the Nisi Villasâexclusive two and three-bedroom villas located in Uluwatu that can be reserved for a luxurious escape.
Next, the Fisher family has focused their attention closer to home on one of the Gold Coastâs most lusted-after lanes. Soon to stand nine storeys high on Jefferson Lane is Pescado, an internationally inspired luxury apartment complex.

Six full-floor, three-bedroom residences will be publicly available, with the seventh residence (a two-storey, four-bedroom penthouse with a rooftop pool and entertaining area) becoming Fisherâs new home. With an intention to create a sanctuary to come home to, this development is one that will receive meticulous attention to detail and careful consideration in order to craft relaxed coastal living in luxurious surrounds.
âAfter weeks on the road, all I can think about is getting home. That feeling of calm, of being fully present, is what we want to bring to Pescado.â – Paul Fisher

When it comes to amenities, youâll find a resort-style pool, gym, cold plunge, BBQ, and dining area that facilitate the Fisherâs desire for Pescado to be a place where you entertain, share and spend quality time with friends and family.
Chloe leads the interior design, taking inspiration from their international experiences, travels and properties, in partnership with BDA Architects.
âWeâve drawn influence from some of our favourite hotels around the world, with a strong focus on sustainability and liveability â and for me, itâs all about creating a true sense of home.
We took inspiration from our homes in LA and Ibiza, using organic textures and neutral tones, with subtle pops of sage green and blush pink to give Pescado its own personality without overpowering the coastal feel.
Functionality has remained at the forefront of the design. Weâve stayed in some of the most beautiful homes around the world, and yet, often we find that the high-end design doesnât always translate to practicality.â – Chloe Fisher

With building plans approved, no time will be wasted getting this project off the ground. YLB Developments has engaged local builders HNKN along with a suite of project managers, content and media teams to bring this epic new residence to life.
Residences will begin from $5.25 million, and you can register your interest on Pescadoâs website if youâre losing it at the thought of being Fisherâs neighbour.
