What better excuse for a Sunday sesh than an aperitivo hour at a rooftop bar? Cielo Rooftop plates up antipasto for two on their sun-drenched rooftop in Fortitude Valley. It’s the perfect excuse to give their Lamington Martini a try, or perhaps an Amalfi Sour if you have a hankering for something a little more traditional.

Hibiscus Bar & Terrace
Hibiscus Bar & Terrace is one of Brisbane City’s best-kept secrets. Enter via the mall, or step into the escalator off Burnett Lane in the Hyatt Regency and ascend to the Terrace for a gorgeous view and a delicious drink or two.
Head in on Wednesdays for Shuck and Sip where $2 oysters are yours for the taking, and Thursdays for Tails and Tinis. $8 lobster rolls? We’re there.
