If you're looking for front-row seats to Sydney's iconic New Year's Eve fireworks paired with an exceptional Mexican feast, head to Bar Patrón. At $150 a head for an 11-dish set menu, it's a bit of a bargain too! Snack on the likes of Sydney rock oysters, crispy prawn tacos, crispy pork belly and more whilst taking in the electric atmosphere. You can also score a two-our margie beverage package for just $50 or $75 if you fancy sipping on Veuve come midnight.

We just heard dessert degustation and were all aboard. It's W Sydney's first New Year's Eve party and they're kicking things off with a cracker. The rooftop bar party, to be held at 29/30, will sort you out for a four-hour beverage package (free flowing Veuve Clicquot FYI), canapes, live hibachi grill, freshly shucked oysters, and DJs. Channelling boujier still? Upgrade to the private Cabana or head to Level 30 for free-flowing Ruinart Blanc de Blancs champagne alongside all of the above, caviar bar and after-midnight snacks.
