The venue itself is one of our favourites in the area for a special celebration or a long lunch with friends, with light timber accents, glass windows, greenery and booth seating giving the space an elegant feel, minus the pretension.

Ormeggio at The Spit

With two Chef’s Hats to its name and uninterrupted views of Middle Harbour, Ormeggio is the epitome of fine dining, taking diners on a trip through regions of Italy and Spain.

There are seven- and eight-course degustation menus on offer, as well as an a la carte and vegetarian offering. With a mix of fresh seafood, tender meats, unique risottos and Ormeggio-style cotoletta, the food will not disappoint.

D’Albora Marinas, Spit Road, Mosman

Me-Gal 

This iconic Sydney restaurant, which opened in April 2023, offers a truly memorable experience thanks to its prime position within Taronga Zoo. Me-Gal offers sweeping views of Sydney Harbour and a unique dining experience all at once.

The restaurant is named after the Cammeraigal word for ‘tears’ and focuses on sustainably sourced produce, native flavours and seasonal dishes.
