Luc San has just unveiled a unique twist on Sydney's beloved weekend ritual with a lavish seven-course French-Japanese fusion menu. Delight in dishes such edamame, Ora King Salmon and Kingfish Nigiri, chicken karaage, bacon skewers, and robata grilled fish. All while sipping your way through a selection of wines, beers and non-alcoholic options. 

Plus, for just $35pp you can level-up your bottomless brunch for to include cocktails like the yuzu and chilli margarita, Aperol spritz, and yuzushu spritz. Make sure to save room for the soft serve. We highly recommend the French vanilla paired with miso caramel sauce.

You'll have to get a little organised to get in on this buffet brunch as it only takes place on the first Sunday of each month, but we promise it's worth it. Wine and dine to your heart's content with a seafood buffet — featuring Sydney Rock Oysters, tiger prawns and poached mussels & clams — as well as live cooking stations boasting the likes of ramen, dumplings and lobster scrambled eggs. But that's not all, you'll also find a vegetarian and vegan station, dessert bar, cheese counter and Sunday carvery. And to top it off? Live music, views of Hyde Park and bottomless Chandon Spritz (plus other goodies).

Prosecco, wine and beer are included in their bottomless package alongside focaccia (we reckon it's some of the best in Sydney!), ricotta frittella, Abrolhos Island scallops, riagti and handmade burrata. 

Sitchu Tip: We recommend upgrading to the cocktail package for an extra $25 if you fancy sipping on Aperol, limoncello and Hugo spritz.
