Harbourfront Seafood Sydney The Rocks
For an epic Sunday roast with a view to match, head to Harbourfront Seafood Sydney The Rocks. Warming up Sydney's winter scene, these guys are offering three delicious options available on alternating Sundays. Slow-roasted lamb shoulder to share, pork porchetta with mustard, and herb-rubbed sirloin will be on rotation. For $80 per person, you'll have the chance to indulge in a selection of shared entrees, sides, the roast of the day and dessert. Delish!

Forrester's
We all quietly recognise that the Yorkie is the best part of the Sunday roast. Forrester's agree and have decided to supersize things for maximum enjoyment. Throughout July they'll be offering a limited-edition roast turkey BIG Yorkie. So, what can you expect? Free-range roast turkey, mashed potatoes, peas, honey-glazed carrots and parsnips encased in the biggest Yorkshire pudding you've ever seen. Winter has peaked.

Woolly Bay Hotel
If you fancy your Sunday roasts with an Italian twist then pop by Woolly Bay Hotel for your fix. These guys will be serving up a Porchetta roast every Sunday from 11:30am until sold out. Topped with salsa verde and red wine just and served with plenty of winter veggies, it's everything you need from a roast and more.

The Charles Grand Brasserie
Feeling fancy? Pop by The Charles Grand Brasserie for their luxurious take on the traditional Sunday roast. Based on the La Grand Choucroute Royale, a popular French-German dish of sauerkraut and meat eaten during winter, The Charle's are offering their own version each Sunday from May 28th onwards. You can expect tender aged pork cutlet, smoked and glazed ham hock and Morteau (smoked) and Strasbourg sausages, alongside a warming sauerkraut and steamed cocktail potatoes.

Rocker Bondi
Rocker Bondi is applying their produce-driven passion to the Sunday roast and we're pleased to see it. You can expect classic roast favourites including free range Bannockburn chicken, rolled porchetta, wagyu beef rump and roast pumpkin. As for the accompaniments - exceptional. Flame grilled carrots, creamed spinach, crispy tatos, fluffy Yorkies and bitey cabbage are all individually cooked to perfection. If you pop by for a late lunch, be sure to enjoy Rocker's happy hour from 4-6pm. Double whammy!

The Royal Paddington
The Royal Paddington's Sunday royal roast is the big, hearty comfort meal you need in your life. If you've got a group, we recommend the slow braised lamb shoulder (1.5kg, $110) to share that serves 3-4. Alternatively, The Royal will be rotating between roasted sirloin and porchetta each week. Whichever you're lucky enough to snag, you can expect generous portions of fluffy Yorkshire puddings, beef dripping roast potatoes, honey roasted carrot, sauteed sprouts, cabbage and bacon and gravy.

The Old Fitz
What's better than a roast with all the trimmings? Said roast accompanied by live jazz. This winter, The Old Fitz is serving a choice of three roasts - beef striploin, chicken Maryland and slow roasted Japanese squash - with all the trimmings. We're talking crispy roast potatoes, carrots, seasonal greens and the all-important fluffy Yorkshire pudding. Pop by between 2pm and 5pm for live jazz and if you're lucky, you might even score a table near the roaring log fire.

Endeavour Tap Rooms
Fellow Brits (and Aussies) gather in tow for a taste of Endeavour Tap Rooms' classic English roast. Steeped in character, this cosy pub comes with all the trimmings. Dark woods, snug fireplaces and heritage finishes feature throughout, whilst local craft beers and and a weekly-changing menu of showstopping roasts provide the perfect recipe for a lazy Sunday feasting session. Settle in for the afternoon with a glass – or three – of red, and tuck into succulent cuts of roast sirloin, smoked paprika roast chicken, roast lamb and slow-cooked pork, all served with fluffy Yorkshire puddings, crispy roast potatoes, seasonal veg and lashings of house-made gravy. This beloved Paddo haunt is impeccably appointed with modern touches in a simple yet considered dining space. Come Sunday this local haunt turns into an afternoon hangout as diners wait to sample the Four in Hand’s delicious traditional feast for just $30. Serving up a delectable roast teamed with a Yorkshire pudding and all the trimmings, you won’t want to be anywhere else each Sunday.

4 Pines Public House
One of the Northern Beaches’ best bars, 4 Pines' Newport outpost is proving a favourite for the top end of Sydney. Think weathered wooden interiors, booth seating and lots of craft beer. On Sunday's, the Sunday roast ($29) is what the locals come for. With all the trimmings and craft beer jugs, it's the perfect way to end the weekend with a group of friends.

Shorties Bar & Dining
Shorties, Lane Cove’s only real small bar, has homegrown wine, craft beers and innovative share plates. The space is intimate with a touch of indie and is perfect for a Sunday tipple alongside their moreish Sunday Roast. Each week you'll be able to enjoy a different roast of the week paired with roast potatoes and veggies, gravy and Yorkshire puds.

Dove and Olive
Delicious, quirky, and innovative pub grub is the Dove and Olive’s mantra, but when it comes to the Sunday roast ($26.90), nothing but a classic approach will suffice. Get your fix of lamb, beef or veggie loaf with seasonal vegetables and all the trimmings, and $8 schooners to sweeten the deal. You’ll be eminently comfortable and reluctant to leave the charming establishment.
