It features a thriving city hub with the Stockland Baldivis Shopping Centre, medical and sporting facilities, pubs and cafes, including The Chase Bar & Bistro and the Continental European Bar & Bistro.

However, the real allure of Baldivis is its parklands and walking trails including the Baldivis Nature Reserve Trail, Baldivis Children’s Forest, Rivergums Lake and Playground, the Alcoa Wellard Wetlands and Brightwood Adventure Park. Falling under the City of Rockingham, several walking groups traverse the landscape, where many a friendship has formed while keeping healthy.

Adrenaline junkies are also well taken care of at Bonney’s Water Ski Park and Perth Wake Park, the only cable wakeboard park in Western Australia. It’s hardly surprisingly this picturesque spot is home to two beautiful wedding venues at Golden Ponds and Baldivis Farm Stay.

From Baldivis, there are excellent main arterial roads and public transport links from the Warnbro Train Station to larger cities including Mandurah 25 kilometres south, Rockingham 12 kilometres north-west and Perth’s CBD is 45 kilometres north. Equally enticing is the proximity to the Peel Region, famed for its beaches, national parks, meandering trails, adventure, art, cuisine, wineries, breweries and pristine waterways, including the Peel-Harvey Estuary prized for mud crabs and frolicking dolphins.
