Living in Collingwood means being surrounded by record stores, galleries, and industrial-chic cafés, and the coffee here is some of the best in the city (and in bean-mad Melbourne, that’s really saying something). In fact, whether you prefer your filter of Indonesian or Guatemalan origins, the baristas in these parts are very serious about their brews.
