Camellia Cottage
With short stay approval and built on the good old fashioned large rectangular block “Camellia Cottage” is a rock-solid home constructed in 1989 of brick and colourbond.
The home is entered from the front verandah area and consists of 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with a separate toilet in the good-sized laundry. A spacious and well laid out Jarrah kitchen overlooks the sunken lounge and dining area before flowing out to the undercover patio. Slate floors, timber features including dado boards and beams and exposed limestone block bricks add interest and character to this already beautiful home.
In the back corner of the yard is a large, powered shed with easy access to water at the sink attached to the outside wall.
