There is plenty of space to relax inside and outside with a generous wrap around deck with covered dining and sundrenched BBQ area. Enjoy outdoor seating and relaxing deck chairs to sit and unwind in this private sanctuary. Location is everything, and without a doubt this is just perfect. Only a short walk across the road to Kirby's Beach, one of the areas most stunning beaches to walk, swim, surf or just sit and watch the endless ocean roll in and be mesmerized by the peacefulness, away from the hustle and bustle of the cities. This area is perfectly catered for all the family with several beaches along the coastline. The lagoon on the western side of Berrara is perfect to relax, swim, fish and potter around in a small boat. Or choose Swan Lake for sailing, swimming or cycling. A quaint seaside cafe offers all the essentials, a quick cappuccino or fabulous cooked breakfast and lunch. Sussex inlet shops are only 9 minutes away, where you will find a supermarket, chemist, RSL and Bowling club as well as many other cafes and shops, you really don't need to leave the area. *Bedding Configuration: Bedroom 1: Queen bed, Bedroom 2: Queen bed and Single bunk bed. *This property provides doonas & pillows on all beds but does not supply linen, you will need to bring it with you.
