Totti’s, Merivale’s new casual Italian concept at The Royal, serves up hand-crafted pastas, meats and classic Italian cocktails in a relaxed eatery, courtyard and bar on Bondi Road. Led by two heavy-hitting chefs, Mike Eggert and Khan Danis, the menu is fun, simple and delicious, suited to all ages and designed to share. The front end is built around Italian-style flatbread, cooked to order and accompanied by small plates of local and housemade charcuterie, Italian cheese and seasonal fruits.
