Lotus, Merivale’s award-wining bistro and cocktail bar, has returned to Potts Point serving up another round of good times and great food. The noughties icon is being rebooted as an extended pop-up concept, featuring much-loved classics and new flavours by executive chef Dan Hong.
A jewel of Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs for over a decade, Lotus was intimate, fun and decadent, representing a vibrant time in Kings Cross’ history. With a focus on late-night fun, Hong will head up the very same kitchen where he made his mark eleven years ago. Look forward to the return of cult classics like the Lotus cheeseburger, its renowned cocktail bar and intimate 70s-styled space, complete with mirrored ceilings and vintage floral prints.
