Little Pearl Long Island Recipe: Ingredients
- 12ml Vodka
- 12ml Gin
- 12ml Tequila
- 12ml White Run
- 12ml Cointreau
- 20 ml hibiscus syrup
- 30ml Lemon Juice
- Lemonade
Little Pearl Long Island Recipe: Method
- Fill tall glass with ice.
- Add 20 ml hibiscus syrup.
- Fill 1/3 with lemonade and stir to make hibiscus lemonade.
- In a cocktail shaker add all other ingredients and shake with ice, strain offer the ice in glass to layer the ice tea mix.
- Garnish with a Teaspoon of lychee popping pearls on a banana leaf.
