Annie Belcher is another of our favourite Aussie yogis. With a focus on mindful and therapeutic yoga, Annie’s online audio yoga classes are always free an accessible to everyone. Obviously we’re 100% on board with anyone who offers not one, but two Mamma Mia themed workouts. Known for her themed upbeat dance-y HIIT workouts and her catchphrase ‘fake it till you make it, wrong and strong’, this is a genuinely fun accessible workout. 28 by Sam Wood is a fitness app from one of the few and favourite Bachelor success stories. 28 is a flexible fitness program with 28-minute workout videos with 10-minute quick HIITs. All you’ll need is a phone and a tiny bit of time, this is a workout regime that fits around your life rather than the other way round. Their app also offers diverse workout style, recipes and other healthy lifestyle tips so it’s totally worth the investment but, during COVID, you can check out free live workouts on their social channels.

Ready to up your dance skills? Whether you’re looking to do a quick pilates session, contemporary dance on your coffee break or a spot of ballet before breakfast you can learn a myriad of styles with their pre-recorded dance library.
