From personalised pilates classes to rowing sessions and HIIT training, here are the boutique fitness studios south side of the bridge to get you back on track.

Designed to be more like a night club than a gym, cycology is an indoor cycle studio that combines a cardiovascular workout with mental wellness. Riding to the beat of the music, Cycology adds upper body movement and choreographed weight tracks to its workout sessions. Then there is the M3 room – a room dedicated to mindfulness, mobility and meditation. Bliss!
