Claire Tregoning of P.E. Nation’s Guide to Avalon
Avalon local, Claire Tregoning is the other half to the streetwear brand, P.E. Nation. Alongside co-founder Pip Edwards, Claire created a fashion brand with a real tomboy edge – a response to wanting to fill a gap missing from their own wardrobes.
“We didn't analyse over what and how, it was a natural reflection of what was missing from our own lives and the aesthetic we loved. We designed P.E Nation for us, to fill the void that was missing from our own wardrobes for every day,” says Claire.
With the brand taking off in a big way both locally and abroad, it turns out, P.E. Nation is a style that’s been missing in a lot of peoples’ wardrobes. With full-on days working in the city on the brand, to Claire, coming home to Avalon on Sydney’s Northern Beaches feels like a holiday. Claire also designed her Avalon pad to pair beautifully with the area's laidback beachy vibes. Check out Claire's home tour.
