The Mayflower

Once a 90s Art Deco florist, this insta-worthy cafe in Darlinghurst is the new brunch spot that has foodies and bloggers lining up.

The colourful floral theme pays tribute to the history of the building and the interior features unique pieces such as onyx stone tables, resin floral pendant lights, abstract murals and stunning floral installations.

Open for breakfast and lunch, the menu is focussed around fine foods such as caviar and truffle, along with classic brunch favourites like honey spiced granola, bacon and eggs and eggs on toast.

Their new spring menu welcomes dishes like Ferrero Rocher french toast with dark chocolate and hazelnuts, as well as their seasonal burrata with confit tomatoes, basil and prosciutto de parma.

The real show stopper is The Mayflower's exclusive caviar service. Tantalise your tastebuds with Black Pearl Beluga caviar, the most famous of all, served with blinis, crème fraiche, egg mimosas and chives.

Don't forget to get a happy snap while you're there, we guarantee it's worth it.
