Dopa by Devon

DOPA Don and Milk Bar is a new concept by the Devon team, opening on Darling Square’s Little Hay Street. The all-day dining menu is inspired by the streets of Tokyo, with more than twenty variations of donburi. From classics to new creations like the cheeseburger wagyu, alongside decadent desserts reminiscent of old-school Japanese milk bars, DOPA is all about modernising Japanese favourites. The vibrancy of the menu spills over into the cool interiors, where timber furnishings, pastel finishes, pops of red and clean lines help create an inviting and happening space.
