Whether you’re at a summer BBQ, planning an al fresco feast or hosting a twilight dinner party, a refreshing cocktail is a must! Ditch the frosty beer or heavy wines for a refreshing gin-infused tipple, or upgrade your rosé to a light and fruity spritz. Tino Brunswick's Classic Pisco Sour

Tino Brunswick's Classic Pisco Sour

In lieu of World Pisco Sour Day (Saturday 4th February), Tino Brunswick is serving up a week long celebration of this heroic Peruvian cocktail. This is their delicious take on the classic. 

Ingredients:

  • 60ml Pisco
  • 30ml Lemon Juice
  • 10ml Sugar Syrup
  • A few drops of angostura bitters
  • A few drops of wonderfoam (vegan egg-white substitute)

Method:

  1. Shake all ingredients hard, in a tin over ice
  2. Strain into glass (over ice)
  3. Garnish with a few drops of bitters and a lemon twist
Grey Goose Strawberry Lemongrass Spritz

Grey Goose's Strawberry Lemongrass Spritz

Ingredients: 

  • 50ml Grey Goose Essences Strawberry & Lemongrass
  • 150ml Soda Water
  • Fresh Strawberries
  • Lemongrass (optional)
  • Lemon Twist (optional)

Method:

Fill a chilled glass with cubed ice and Grey Goose Essences Strawberry & Lemongrass. Top with soda water. Garnish with fresh strawberries, lemongrass and a lemon twist.

Jameson Orange Spritz

Jameson Orange Spritz

Ingredients: 

  • Jameson Orange
  • Prosecco
  • Fever-Tree Italian Blood Orange Soda
  • Orange

Method:

Start with ice, add 2 parts Jameson Orange, 3 parts Prosecco, 1 part Fever-Tree Italian Blood Orange Soda, and a wedge of Orange... And If spritzing isn’t your thing, fear not! Try Jameson Orange served with Fever-Tree Lemonade; a simpler way to mix. 

SOFI Spritz

SOFI Aperitivo's Classic SOFI Spritz

Ingredients:

  • Prosecco
  • SOFI Aperitivo
  • Soda Water
  • Slice of citrus, to garnish

Method:

  1. Fill a large wine glass with ice
  2. Build the drink by pouring the ingredients in this order; SOFI Aperitivo, prosecco, and soda water.
  3. Garnish with a slice of your favourite citrus

Grey Goose's Classic Dry Vodka Martini

Ingredients:

  • 50 ml Grey Goose Vodka
  • 10 ml Martini Extra Dry Vermouth
  • Dash of Orange Bitters

Method:

  1. Add Grey Goose, vermouth, and bitters to a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
  2. Stir deliberately and strain into a chilled martini cocktail glass.
  3. Garnish with a twist of lemon.

The Botanist's Blushing Berry

Ingredients:

  • 30ml The Botanist Gin
  • 20ml Dry Vermouth
  • 20ml Lemon Juice
  • 20ml Coconut & Raspberry Syrup
  • Top with Soda Water
  • Garnish: Mint Sprig and Raspberry

Method:

  1. Add all ingredients to the shaker (except Soda water).
  2. Shake and strain into a chilled highball glass.
  3. Top with chilled Soda water, stir, garnish, and enjoy.
Silent Pool Gin Flamingo

Silent Pool Gin Flamingo

Ingredients:

  • 50ml Silent Pool Gin
  • 25ml Lime Juice
  • 15ml Peach Liqueur
  • 15ml Raspberry Liqueur

Method:

  1. Add ingredients to shaker with cubed ice and shake.
  2. Double strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
BACARDÍ Frozen Strawberry Daiquiri

BACARDÍ Frozen Strawberry Daiquiri

Ingredients:

  • 50ml BACARDÍ Carta Blanca Rum
  • 25ml Lime Juice
  • 25ml Simple Syrup
  • 4 Slices Strawberries
  • ¾ Cup(s) Crushed Ice

Method:

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a blender.
  2. Add 1 cup of crushed ice and blend until a slushy consistency forms.
  3. Serve in individual highball glass and garnish with a strawberry slice.

Fiorente Spritz

Ingredients:

  • 25ml Fiorente Elderflower Liqueur
  • 50ml Prosecco
  • 50ml Soda Water
  • Juice from 2 lime wedges
  • 6-7 Mint leaves

Method:

  1. Build in a wine or rocks glass over cubed ice.
  2. Garnish with a mint sprig.
Maison Mirabeau's Riviera Spritz

Maison Mirabeau's Riviera Spritz

Ingredients:

  • 30ml Mirabeau Dry Gin
  • 10ml Elderflower Liqueur
  • 10ml Lemon Juice
  • 60ml Sparkling Water

Method:

  1. In an ice-filled shaker, shake together the gin, elderflower, liqueur and lemon juice.
  2. Fill a wine glass with fresh ice and strain the mixture.
  3. Add the sparkling water and gently stir. Garnish with lavender sprigs and a wedge of lemon.

Bombay Sapphire's The Bramble

Ingredients:

  • 60ml Bombay Bramble
  • 30ml Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 15ml Simple Syrup
  • Ice
  • Half-wheel of Lemon (Garnish)
  • Blackberry (Garnish)

Method:

  1. Pour the Bombay Bramble, fresh lemon juice and simple syrup into a shaker with ice.
  2. Shake and then strain into a rocks glass over crushed ice.
  3. Garnish with a lemon half-wheel and a fresh blackberry.
Gin Fizz with Wolf Lane Davidson Plum Gin

Gin Fizz with Wolf Lane Davidson Plum Gin

Ingredients:

  • 60ml Wolf Lane Davidson Plum Gin
  • 20ml Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice
  • 20ml Sugar Syrup (1 part sugar : 1 part water)
  • 30-45ml Soda Water
  • Lemon Peel
  • Ice Cubes

Method:

  1. Add all your ingredients (except soda water) to the shaker.
  2. Seal shaker without ice and shake to emulsify the egg white.
  3. Fill shaker to the brim with cubes of ice. Shake hard for 30 seconds.
  4. Fine strain into a small highball glass without ice.
  5. Add a splash of soda.

Grey Goose's Fresh Cut Spritz Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 50ml GREY GOOSE® vodka
  • 150ml Soda Water
  • A squeeze of fresh grapefruit juice
  • Splash of Noilly Prat Vermouth
  • Red Grapefruit wedge
  • A sprig of fresh Thyme

Method:

  1. Chill wine glass and fill with cubed ice.
  2. Build drink in order of ingredients.
  3. Garnish with a red grapefruit wedge and/or a fresh sprig of thyme.
The Botanist's Pear & Basil Spritz

The Botanist's Pear & Basil Spritz

Ingredients:

  • 20ml The Botanist Gin
  • 10ml Pear liqueur
  • 10ml lemon juice
  • 3 - 4 basil leaves
  • 30ml soda water
  • 90ml Prosecco
  • Garnish: Basil leaf

Method:

  1. Add the first four ingredients to shake and shake with ice.
  2. Fine strain into an ice-filled wine glass, add soda and prosecco, stir, garnish, and enjoy.
Cazcabel's Summer Fizz

Cazcabel's Summer Fizz

Ingredients:

  • 35ml Cazcabel Honey Tequila 
  • 100ml Prosecco
  • Icing Sugar
  • Raspberry And Mint Garnish

Method:

  1. Dust Prosecco Ffute with icing sugar.
  2. Pour in shot of Cazcabel Honey Tequila.
  3. Top up with prosecco and garnish.
