Christmas Tree Farms: Adelaide’s Top Spots For The Perfect Pine

A lush, bushy Christmas tree is the ultimate decoration. These Christmas tree farms in Adelaide are where you can source the best ones.

Christmas Tree Farm, Chandlers Hill

Ah, Christmas. Whether it's decorating the house with glittery lights and baubles or heating up some mulled wine and snuggling down to watch a festive film, early December days are best spent setting the Christmas scene. But only one thing truly sets you up for the silly season – a real Christmas tree.

Drive out of city to hand pick your perfect pine or opt for the easy route and have it delivered straight to your door. Here are the best Christmas tree farms in Adelaide to deck your halls with festive cheer!

Christmas Tree Farm

Christmas Tree Farm, Chandlers Hill

Not only is this Christmas tree farm proudly sustainable and carbon neutral, it’s also the oldest of its kind in South Australia, having been in business since 1955. Take the 30-minute drive from Adelaide and collect your tree from their 40-acre farm, or have it delivered and set up from just $50. Don’t forget to pick up some cute decorations from the Tree Shed Gift Shop on site!

Sitchu Tip: When arriving home with your new tree, pop it in a bucket, give it a thorough hose down with fresh, cool water and allow to drip in a cool place to get that bushy shape back.

Open 24th November to 23rd December.

51 Sugarloaf Road, Chandlers Hills

Christmas Tree Plantation

Take advantage of their amazing post-Christmas pick up service to get rid of your tree sensibly, and avoid being one of those people who throw it out on the street as a sad reminder that it’s no longer Christmas.

TIP: Keep your tree well hydrated. A 2.5m tree can drink around half a litre of water a day!

Open 1st to 22nd December

160 Clarendon Road, Clarendon
